D16z6 Head - with intake manifold, TB, fuel rail and injectors and Dizzy.
ARP head studs
D16y8 head gasket

If you want to change the Pistons you can do that as well.

I know this thread is about 30days old and I do not know if you have already started doing your work, but there is another way that is cheaper with less work. The D15B7 is very closely related to the D16A6 head wise.
You will need the following parts
D16Z6 intake manifold
D16A6 Cam and springs (springs not a requirement but recommended)
D16Y8 cam gear if you go with the D16A6 Cam
D16Y8 Head gasket
D15B7 throttle body gasket
D16Z6 Intake Gasket
D15B7exhaust manifold gasket
You will need to do a DIY port and polish on the head from you D15B7 engine and match port the intake and exhaust. (Do not let this scare you, very easy to do. Tons of info on the internet on this). When I originally did this I just used my D15B7 Cam and was very pleased. I even picked up 3 miles to the gal along with more torque across the board.
I would also recommend polishing the combustion chamber to get rid of all the sharp points. This will make it more detonation resistant and allow you to run more timing.
The addition of a EX/Si trany will allow you to rundown any stk Z6 civic.
I rock this exact set up and have no trouble running down an Si
