On Topic:
I remember reading into this a while back. Its either your Tach in your cluster is going out or something in your distributor is going out.

Dont remember more then that. I am sure someone will chime in soon, If not check out google. I think I read this on Honda tech, If it wasn't them it was a site with a layout just as bland.
