- Mon Dec 28, 2009 8:49 am #164351 A friend of mine asked me to help him start his civic. He said that the engine cranks but it will not start, I didnt see the car yet so that is all I know about it right now. I would like to know what could be causing this, so I can focus on the main causes and not waist time.
I dont have time to go back and forth form his place to mine, he is about a 45min away. Any advise would help.

I guss I will just take my tools down there and check everthing I can. It might just be the ignition coil like it was in my civic. Thank you.

- Mon Dec 28, 2009 10:32 pm #164441 proly the main relay. under the hood in the fuse block. pul it out and check to see if has a bad connection or go to a local pickn pull and take one. fits in your pocket.
