here are a few good n/a setups to really make your d15b7 perform better
if you wanna go non vtec then here is a very good proven setup
non vtec-
d15b7 head
d16a6 cam
d16z6 or d16y8 intake manifold
basic i/h/e
street tune on po6 and that should net you somewhere around 110 to 120 wheel horsepower depending on your tune
if you go that route you can get a regrind for the a6 cam from delta
vtec
swap heads for a d16z6 or a d16y8
both will raise your compression and give you an instant 20 to 30 hp
this is a very comon swap (mini me )
good easy swap if you dont want to do much engine building
just some thoughts for ppl with d15b7's as those are the most comon motors in civics of our generation
