#249061 My car has been doing this for about 3 months

When the cars cold it runs great but as soon as it warms up it starts to sputter from 1900rpms till 2900-3100rpms

I just changed the PCV valve as it was clogged full and that has stopped my unexplained oil puddles but not the issue at hand

It's to the point I can drop my clutch at 4000rpms and it just hops forward and sputters till 2900-3100

I have an upgraded ecu and I tried plugging the old one back in and it did no solve the issue

I also have an exhaust leak where the headers meet the cat I have to fit, could that cause the issue?

#249066 i have the same prob.. it happen with my b7 after it overheated, and now its happing with my z6 :x

#249083 I just find it funny that these cars have been around for 19yrs and a lot of people are havin this issue and no one knows why

I'm tempted to just take it to Honda and have them look it over...
I'm more of a do it yourselfer so it's kinda a last resort

at 1st i thought i was leaking coolent into the cylinders, but i found out
its boiling outta the over flow tank

but its like through that rpm range its misfiring
like it cutting the spark or fuel..

idk its pissin me off

#249628 thought i'd let you know 2 days ago i was pissed about this issue and just drove the shit outta it and the next day i started it and it was gone, even after it has warmed up... its been 2 days free of it now... but its more then likely back now that i am posting this.
