1.Take your time and dont rush it. Swaps arent that hard, they seem daunting the first time, but once you get into it you will realize it is cake. In your case it is a simple remove and replace, easiest swap to do period.

2. No special tools needed.

3. good, saves time!

4. Yes you can reuse the b8 harness, you will need to add wires for the o2 sensor though. B8 is 1 wire, B7 is 4 wire.

My D15B7 had a 1 wire o2 sensor, unless 4 wired ones are standard in the states?
