#27754 There is no need to bore the motor to get the 1.7l displacement. Honda saw to that need with the D17a. The crank and rods fit into the old D motors. But if you are going for the turbo route, dont worry about that, the D17a rods are too much money. The stock ones are wimpy looking.

For the D15b turbo build, just get:

Vitara pistons
Eagle rods
Block guard

That pretty much buttons up your bottom end to handle arround 20-24 psi no problem.

As for the head, Yo can use the the stock head, with beter springs and retainers and your choice of cams. Zex stage 2 works good or you can go with a turbo cam from exospeed or someone else. You can even port the head or what ever you would like.

For the manifold, you have tons of options. I would suggest a manifold that can be used with a T3/T4 turbo. Thats just your best bet at power.

grab a down pipe 3" or 2.5" is your limited in space

#28096 for a turbo build, I would not bore more than .020 which would mean you will use 75.5mm pistons. anything more is going to thin your walls too much to be safe in a big turbo setup. Option is to shell out some $$$ and get sleeved but if you've got that kind of cash then why build a D15 :D

#28138 the cam for the z6 should be the same.
