Plugs should usually be changed I think Honda states every 80,000. Now on the other hand, if you have plug fowling then I would find out why they are getting fouled and then fix the issue and replace the plugs.
Check your timing, that could be an issue. Also make sure your air filter isn't clogged with dirt and such.
The fuel you last put in your tank. Was it a normal place that you fill up. As we all know, gas station fuel isn't exactly the cleanest. You could have also gotten a bad tank of fuel, maybe it had some water in it. I know tanks get dipped every once in a while to verify the water content in them. Being that they are allowed a small margin of water in their tanks due to the fact that they are in ground and can get some condensation.
If you end up at a road block where you have checked everything besides the tank. Go to your local auto parts store and pick up some "dry gas" or "stabil". Put the recommended amount in your tank and try to drive through the whole tank with out filling up until the last minute.
Make sure to Ohm out your wires. Even though they could be new, sometimes fluke accidents happen in the factory and you can get a bad wire. Find out what the manufacturer specs are on them being that I don't know them off hand. Ohm them out, if they aren't within the spec. Replace them.
To Them, they're just vehicles. To Us, they're a way of life.
