#76363 I have done one oil change on my car since I have had t (I don't have a license so it isn't driven at all really), and I used Castol Syntec 10w-30. But now I am going to start running Idemitsu 5w-30 for the simple fact that I got 2 cases of it for free. :)

#76369 I don't have VTEC (D15B8 :( ), but I use mobil1 5w-30 with a bosch or mobil1 oil filter. It's like a $35 oil change. lol

#77564 Before i went turbo, i only bought oil and oil filters from Honda.

After going turbo i switched to using a Honda filter, but I use Valvoline Vr1 20w50. The thicker oil can't push past the oil seals in the turbo as easy as a more thin oil can, and that cuts down on smoke that may come from my car while in boost.

My friend uses Silkolene in his EP3, very good motor oil, my friend would vouch for it.
