I have done one oil change on my car since I have had t (I don't have a license so it isn't driven at all really), and I used Castol Syntec 10w-30. But now I am going to start running Idemitsu 5w-30 for the simple fact that I got 2 cases of it for free.

I don't have VTEC (D15B8 
), but I use mobil1 5w-30 with a bosch or mobil1 oil filter. It's like a $35 oil change. lol

Before i went turbo, i only bought oil and oil filters from Honda.
After going turbo i switched to using a Honda filter, but I use Valvoline Vr1 20w50. The thicker oil can't push past the oil seals in the turbo as easy as a more thin oil can, and that cuts down on smoke that may come from my car while in boost.
