Mini swap wont start

- Wed Jul 27, 2011 4:40 pm #265218 It sounds like you blew a head gasket or it's leaking around a water jacket and seeping out of the motor which I have never seen happen before. Did you follow the proper torque sequence for the head bolts?
OR the head could have been warped to begin with from previous overheating, causing the head gasket to leak.

- Wed Jul 27, 2011 4:54 pm #265224 head was insspected for warps and i followed the crisscross and start from the middle and work my way out pattern when i torqued

- Wed Jul 27, 2011 5:50 pm #265231 Or maybe you didn't have a hose clamp tight and a coolant hose blew off and you lost coolant that way. Start looking for the problem and let us know what you find :thumb:
