That valve cover is bad ass. where can i get that paint,

Are you planning on sanding off the letters? that would be pimp

i got it from an aftermarket shop. but you should be able to order it at a local autoparts store. i plan on sanding the letters i think it will look good for only $10 heres a pic of the can to help.

Sweet, i will slip into a few places this week or next and see if i can find some, gonna paint up the valve cover while its off for the head gasket.

Remember when Civics were cool ? Yea me neither

First one: How did you get your tranny and engine so clean to where it looks almost new?( simple green or a shit load of scrubbing?), Second question: I have never taken a Honda engine apart, so what do you have to do to replace the piston rings? I want to rebuild the motor first and save a few bucks to put some mods on. Thanks and clean ass motor!

- Wed May 21, 2008 1:13 am #56147 dammit.. I can't get my motor to look that clean! I used 3 cans of degreaser and 3 cans of brake cleaner... but it still has caked on oil that wont scrub off! You think its alright to try pressure washing the shit out of the engine?
