Shouldn't the vacuum line for the wastegate go to the cold side of the turbo?
I am not a Turbo Pro, however Every turbo set up has the Vacuum hose from the wastegate going to the cold side of the turbo. This is the only one I have seen with the waste gate vacuum going to the intake manifold.

you are correct. Technically the wastegate should be pre-TB (boost only source). But those who dont have a source on the turbo are connecting it to the IM. Not very smart because if the wastegate gets any vacuum it could damage it. Here is a good solution though:

I dont understand how both the BOV and wastegate are both working being connected together like that off of the same source though

IVE SEEN IT DONE BOTH WAYS .. ITS WAS TUNED EXACTLY LIKE THIS BECASUE I DONT HAVE A BOOST CONTROLLER .. ONCE I GET ONE EVERYTHING WILL BE DIFFERENT

we arent flaming you, just pointed out something we saw that was not right. Boost controller wont fix this issue.
