it will bolt right up.
However 99-00 y8 IM's have cold start assist which means there's 4 small holes on the flange that you need to seal or you will have a vacuum leak.
Also be sure it is from a manual car. automatics have the IACV built into the throttle body, manuals have it on the back of the intake manifold like the d15b7 does.

the y8 injectors are obd2, your b7 is obd1. keep yours and put them in the y8 IM so they plug into your wire harness.

Use the y8 fuel rail, d15b7 rail doesn't fit y8 IM. You may want to use your old TB if the y8 does not have the FITV on the bottom of the TB. The openings are the same size anyways, no power difference.

you will need to make a hole or relocate the IAT sensor to the intake tube.

I used a Y8 manifold for my mini-me swap and had to seal the 4 small holes.

man all that was good info that helped a ton, however im not sure it is a y8 manifold because all y8 manifolds that i have seen have a bigger back tube where the throttle body bolts to this one has a p08 stamp on the back but a small round tube like my b15b7 manifold is it not a y8 then

actually, P08 should be a D16z6 IM:

The Y8 IM is plainly obvious even from a distance. It looks like a big forearm.

The Z6 and B7 manifolds look very similar. If you look closely, you can see that the webbing between the runners extends down longer than on the B7.

The throttle body cable from you EG doesn't work very well with the Y8 manifold.

can i use the z6 manifold untill i do a mini me , and still see improvements or is it not worth my time to do it

I would say not worth the time... might as well do everything at once and replace the IM gasket only once. a z6 IM isn't going to get much more power out of a d15b7.
