it will bolt right up.
However 99-00 y8 IM's have cold start assist which means there's 4 small holes on the flange that you need to seal or you will have a vacuum leak.
Also be sure it is from a manual car. automatics have the IACV built into the throttle body, manuals have it on the back of the intake manifold like the d15b7 does.
the y8 injectors are obd2, your b7 is obd1. keep yours and put them in the y8 IM so they plug into your wire harness.
Use the y8 fuel rail, d15b7 rail doesn't fit y8 IM. You may want to use your old TB if the y8 does not have the FITV on the bottom of the TB. The openings are the same size anyways, no power difference.
you will need to make a hole or relocate the IAT sensor to the intake tube.
I used a Y8 manifold for my mini-me swap and had to seal the 4 small holes.
