well i finally got the intake manifold in place and everything seems to be working fine.. car feels a lil sluggish but its always been slow lolz..
i have a question tho usually i drive my car to around 4 rpms and then shift and when im done driving i touch my valve cover and it seems to be reall hot.. and i remember my integra ls never got this hot is there anything i should chech onb the motor to see why its getting this hot..

as long as its not overheatin you dont really have an issue ... temp gauge is workin right

different motors act different but ya you should be all good bro, like i said as long as the temp is where its suppose to be than yea ... and its a single cam so it has to work a lot harder than a b does

just be on alert check you coolent everyother day, just to be on the safer side..

i know bro i thought the same thing after going thru 2 intake manifolds i figured it out.. 2 bottom bolts first and not too! tight because it will crack easily aluminum.. so you will need another gasket hahaha..
i had to take it apart 3 times.. but ay now im intake manifold god lolz well in my house i feel like it hahahah..

but also your motor might be runnin hotter then normal cause the hot weather out here

damn, im the same way, i did my head gasket on my ek and i had to take the intake mani off like 4 times, but i was able to take the head off my car in under 30 mins

yeah and plus the sun hits my engine since i have no hood ..
thats staright out jdm hahah.. was above 100 today hahah

oh dude yeah the first time it take me like an 2 hours because i couldnt find all the bolts i had to remove the 2nd time 45 min the 3rd time 30 min hahaha..

my car is like a semi truck climbin hills so this heat to tourcher on my car i was on the 57/60 interchange 2day and semi trucks were passin me..lol

ya its a biotch to get off mainly the one that is in the middle where u have that lil hole to get to it

ya i just got a small 12mm socket and small rachet and put in that hole, and got it off

lol atleasy your doin somethin with ur car, im jobless so my car is just slowly breakin down, and when it does, im fucked
