Hi everyone,

just 2 questions!

i haveb a d15b2 engine in my civic 92 hatch

1: could i install proper fuel injection to this? injector for each cylinder? (sorry im new to this so dont know proper terminology) what would i need and where from?

2: just before the throttle body u have the chamber at the end of the intake pipe, with sumthing like "pgmfi" written on it, i took this lid of and there was a plate a few inches from the intake hole which looked like it was restricting air flow, any harm in taking this out???

Hi, welcome to the site.
You are referring to a DPFI dual port fuel injection to MPFI multi port fuel injection swap. Yes it is a common swap, try doing a search on here for those terms. A few members have done the swap.
I'm not sure about this plate... can you post a pic?

As for the conversion, would it increase bhp? as i wud be adding more fuel to the cylinders! kinda answered my own question there lol its probably a yes!

the plate, sounds like your throttle valve, you need that

its not the butterfly, its a brass coloured plate right infront of the intake pipe entrance. iv taken it out and so far the car is running ok!
