once start the car,the red battery n exhaust light turn on at the same time,n the rpm is increase 200-300 from normal,but there is no problem with when driving it,wad is the problem ?wiring ?

More details about the car. Is the wiring stock? Is it the stock engine?

my engine is stock without any modify,the exhaust light is turn on togather with the battery light
hope to get some help from here thanks ~
