i am tryin to figure something out here. my got my CEL to flash the codes its flashing 14,17 which is idle air control valve and vss speed sensor...but i just replaced my speed sensor 4 days ago cuz my speedo wasnt working.now it is so its fixed so why is it still flashing that code?
is it cuz i havent reset the codes by disconnecting the neg battery cable or what?
and will a bad idle air valve cause it to die if the car isnt warm when i push the clutch in and idle REALLY low?

reset your ecu and then check the codes again. If the vss you put in is good, that code should go away.

no thats not ur idle air contol valve.The function of the IACV is to adjust the idle based upon the amount of air entering the engine.
