Bent PP Fingers!

Well it seems I bent the hell out of the pressure plate fingers, probably has something to do with my agressive driving style lol. This is my winter car so I do bag on it a bit ;)

I'm new to Honda ownership, although I've always liked them and been around them. I was wondering if I you could share some wisdom on the topic

Syptoms are : Will not shift into any gear while running, shifts fine when car is off. So I know the clutch is hooped. Changed the slave because it looked rough and bled the system, everything works fine, hydraulics are a 10, slave is pushing on the fork assy as it should. So I know the problem is internal.

Either I bent or snapped off enough forks to prevent the clutch from releasing (Pedal feels much softer than it used to, and already felt soft to start with) or I seized the clutch onto the flywheel, but Ive never heard of that happening, ever...

Do you think I've got her down pat? Or are the some secret Honda guru well know problems that I might have missed.

Also, does anyone know where to find a good clutch C/O DIY?

P.S. My background is all on BMW and older Volvo's so this FWD stuff is a little confusing lol.

Thanks in advance for you help guys, any piece if your knowledge is greatly appreciated, I'll return the favor if ever you buy an e46 m3 or 740 turbo lol
