im gonna put a d15b7 headgasket in my z6 to keep CR down a lil since im installin d15b7 pistons too/

however i wanna make sure this absolutly compatable! does it fit together just like a z6 HG or do i need to modify it at all?

it should fit the same... I did not know the D15b7 HG was thicker than the D16z6 though.
Be sure the b7 HG is MLS (multi layer steel) like the z6 one is :thumb:

I assume you're boosting since youre keeping a low CR, and oem MLS is better for boost than composite HG's.

haha im not boosting but with the z6 HG the cr is like 11.70:1 and with the d15b7 HG its like 11.33:1 and its kinda my DD sorta so i wanna keep it closer to 10 than to 12 haha.
and zealautowerks says the d15b7 HG is 0.048 and the d16z6 HG is 0.037
