Is it possible to swap the intake manifold on a D15b engine the intake is less then 2.5 in. in diameterthanks for the help and what all do i need to swap if i can

I think so... everyone says the y8 is the best stock intake mani for d series

You can swap. The throttle body is what you will need to look at when checking air tube diameter. They make rubber couplers that adapt a smaller size throttle body to a larger size pipe too. :thumb:

I was thinking of swapping a different intake manifold onto my D15B aswell then I found a 2 1/2 to 3 inch coupler at Pep Boys and it solved my problem for $6.99
