if i was to sell my d15z1 and trans around how much would i get for it?
edit: only 97k original miles on engine and trans

well id say general swaps for a z6 are 0-500 for the whole swap....so id say rule of thumb itd be around there generally

my buddy got a low mileage z6 for 400 so id say 400 you arent gonna get much for a d series and the vx is well not a desirable motor....

advertise the 48-52 MPG it gets, but your not gonna get a whole lot for it.

300 is resanable i got a z6 for 275

As said before, The D15z1 is not a desirable engine.

Most people swapping in engines want to get more power, they wont want to get better fuel economy.

As people said they are getting D16z6's a much more desirable engine for under 300 bucks.

If I was going to try, I would start out at 400 bucks. If you dont get any nibbles drop the price down until it sells.

yea i know the d15 is not desirable motor..but who knows maybe some1 wants a lean mean gas saving machine and will pay top dollar for it ..but then again thats just my dream :lol:

Im with EG64DR, if you want to sell it fast then 200 to 250. Thats how much i sold my D15 for.

Sell it on gassavers although I'm not sure if anyone goes there anymore.

The ECU alone may be worth some bank. Depends if it's the CA or federal version.

i believe its the Ca version but not entirely sure
