fuel rail question

finally got my car runnin a few weeks ago new engine new trans new clutch axles harness all that shit runs great but i was hookin up the vtec and the controler last night and noticed that on the stock fuel rail thers a screw in the middle and screwd out would that have an efffect on the fuel pressure ? plz excuse the valve cover new one is gettin painted

the studs on the fuel rail are just to attach the plastic piece that 'corrals' all the fuel injector wires. It has nothing to do with fuel pressure. you can actually remove them to get a more clean look

oh no not that, i explaied it wrong opps , its the screw by the fuel line towards the middle of the pic but i think i might take that top stud off 2 for a cleaner look

He's talking about the screw in the middle of the fuel pressure regulator.
Just clarifying, I don't know much of anything about the D-series engines...

yeah, im pretty sure thats not the regulator.
In this picture, the regulator is on the right of the fuel rail with the vacuum line going to the IM
I think the screw your talking about has no function

yeah the regulator is at the other end
as for that screw id unscrewv it and see what it does i dont think it does anything but try it

i thought it was link kinda like a purge type regulator?
try it. open it up and prime your fuel pump,
it may squirt fuel everywhere.

it is called a fuel pulsation damper!! It is used to correct the vibrations caused from the fuel injectors. It has not part in ur fuel pressure
