when u put the wire in the clip to check ur check engine light do you unplug the plug and put the wire in where you took the plug out or put the wire in with it plugged in?

i must be dumb but r something because i took the plug out and put the wire in dadada and the light blinks but if i take out the wire it blinks the same i must be doing something wronge lol....i dont get it....and if i read it it would be cel# 10 the iat...would that have nething to do with the idle in my whip?

maybe it wasn't contacting in both of the terminals

Check out your IAT, is it plugged in, wires all good?
It's the white sensor on the back of the intake manifold.
