hey guys will a d16z6 head fit on a D15A3 block ? if so is there anything specail that needs to be done?

thats a old block. it may be different than the newer years' D engines, like the old prelude "B" that is not compatible to the newer B's. could be wrong about that block though.
a kid down the street from me has a clean 86/87 Si (that engine stock) but not sure what all he has done to it.

from what iv researched head gasket and oil passages line up but the coolant passges will have to be drilled out a little to line up. 1 head stud hole will have to be machined over (3mm) and a guide pin will have to have the same done (2mm). the head stud hole may cut through the exhuast passges.
