wats it mean when my car wont rev over 3000 rpm.it like revs there and wont go higher? i was told it a thing honda got to keep ya car from fuckin up

do you have a check engine light on????

also did you unplug your tps or iacv or temp sensor?? if you mix up the plugs on the back of the intake manifold it will do this

Yes there are 2 types of "limp mode". limp mode comes into effect when the ECU senses a change in what signals it expects. In other words, when a substantial drop in vacuum pressure, a substantial drop in oil pressure or the O2 reading is very bad the check engine light will be thrown and limp mode will come into effect. Limp mode bumps up the oil pressure, the A/F ratio, limits VTEC and reduces the rev limiter.
