car misfires/back fires from time to time

hell guys im back again!!!! lol anyways i have a d16z6 that sometimes backfires, and misfires.... it also bogs down a lil from time to time until i press the gas pedal in more....then it all of a sudden kicks in

have you done a basic tune up? Plugs, Wires, Cap & Rotor

i just replaced cap and rotor....i replaced the plugs and wires when i rebuilt the motor about 500 miles ago.....but there might be a fault there im prolly gonna replace them again just to be on the safe side.....i can live with the misfire it the bogging it does thats gets me....some times you gotta floor it to get it to kick in right...but usally after 2500 rpm its fine....

i didnt think about that.....but i went and made a stupid noob error i guess...i pulled off one the plug wires from the plug while car was running and the car died....and wont start up

Check ur dizzy if u can find some one with the same motor and try ur dizzy on there car I had the same problem with my ls after I swaped it in and I happen 2 have onther dizzy laying around I popd it in and that bitch hals ass now
Do all of this after u make sure ur plugs wires and cap r good and check ur timing 2 it mite be off

i think it is the plugs from when i was running in limp mode...but now the tach skipping around
