thats a good bit of mileage... with out going thru the bottom end the vtec head would likely finish the bottem end off.... however the vtec head you would notice a little more kick... but i cant tell you it would hold up very long... i put a vtec head on a bottom end that was rite at 200k... it didnt last but for about a month. that was dogging it hard tho... if you go the head swap route id recomend the z6 head with a y8 intake manifold... i dont wana sound like an ass but if you dont have the money to put another engine in later on i wouldnt mess with it lol

no prob man.... but heres some food for thought before u jump into anything....
z6 or y8 head- $100 to $150
p28 ecu- $100
94 civic ex head gasket- $50
94 civic ex timing belt- $50
94 civic ex water pump- $30 +/-
94 civic ex intake gasket- $15
94 civic ex exhaust gasket- $15
plus any misc fluids oil antifreeze ect. and your time to do the wiring... all of that could be put twards an ls swap... not tryin to talk you outa anything... im just puttin it out there...
