Guys yesterday i bought my lovely black EG, it came with D15b base engine with PH16 cylinder head.
Now guys my question is, i don't really know if the setup is match or not. like i said D15b w/ Ph16 cylinder head.
Guys i need opinion, what cylinder head should i use?
D15B cylinder head or others you recommend?
Thanks in advance.

Pics of the head would help.
EDIT: It appears to be a non-vtec D15B ... most likely the equivalent of the US d15b7.
So I would say ... yes the head and engine go together.
Upon further searching the PHXX appears to be a designation for engines manufactured in the phillipines the PHXX is a non-vtec engine code followed by either a 15 or a 16 ... which correspond to a d15 and d16 respectively. It would appear that you have a D15b7 with a D16a6 head (or a head that was originally on a d16a6 (they are the same I believe).
At least that's what google told me.

Thanks for this, i learned some here, so you mean to say i should look for D15b double vtec head, and remain my D15b base engine?

Your motor is fine. If what they say above is true, you just have a better head put onto your 1.5l block. If it runs strong, just leave it as it.

see the small canister about the size of a roll of 35mm film at the corner of the head?
That's the vtec solenoid. See how many your engine has and that will tell you if you have single, dual, or no vtec
