the first line on the tach indicates 500 rpm.. i dont think your idling at 100 rpm... that sound unreasonable.

Low coolant is a common cause. Have u tried adjusting the idle with the adjustment screw on the throttle body? After that try cleaning the idle air control valve and the fast idle thermal valve. Start with the coolant and iacv.

the iacv is the large piece behind the intake manifold has a black canister attached to it pointng towards the driver side with a plug connected to it. the thermarl fast idle valve is the part connected to the bottom of the throttle body ull see the black coolant hose going into it in this picture right under the throttle plate. i had to replace both a few months back because i was having a 2500rpm idle issue. changed those and bam went away. now from time to time my idle drops to about 500 and then back up to about 800. i have no clue what it is either.. and my idle screw doesnt turn anymore.. :-(

If it's never been adjusted, then you shouldn't mess with it. But loosen allows more air.

Remove the IACV and clean out the screens with some carb cleaner. Check your ignition timing. Then reset the ECU.

If that doesn't fix it then your FITV could be stuck closed.

My guess is that your idle is too low during start up. When the engine is cold, it's supposed to idle high around 1100 RPM. Then when you reach operating temp it drops to 750. But yours is probably around 800 when cold and then dropping to 450 which is just about the minimum the engine will idle at.

There are dozens of Civic / Integra idle write-ups throughout the internet. It's a very common problem.

Actually when its cold it idles at 1000 when its warm its when the idle is very low idle
