has anyone had any experience with this clucth. i put it in cause my stage 2 competition clutch went out. the stage 4 xtd is way softer than the cc2 is and i have been reading some things that say ya its a good clutch and some poeple who say its horrible. im kinda scared now cause i finally got a 8lb fidanza flywheel and dont want to mess it up. i would totally rather buy another clutch than mess up any parts of my motor or tranny. let me know thanks

Pretty sure I have the same one. It's held up beautifully. Been running it for a couple of years now, 2 seasons of autox, still grips great. I can dump the clutch from 4k easy and no slipping at all. I kinda don't want to dump the clutch from too high RPMs ... I like my tranny in one peice. The shop I go to has a 300 whp drag car using the same clutch and as far I know ... no issues.

I had an D Series XTD Stage 3 clutch and loved it. It still held at around 220hp.

My OEM style clutch didn't last a month with the bottle.

Pucked clutches are prone to do that. It's normal, once you get used to the clutch it will become easier to control. Mine chatters a bit every once in a while and also has a little bit of a squeal sometimes, but it's normal.

dang well im glad to hear its normal lol. however does it go away ever? im not worried about it anymore im gettin a $300 bonus from work so im buying another stage2 competition clutch. i love the way it feels better than the xtd and it has never givin me chatter or anything! i completly recomend compo clutches and have heard too many horror stories from xtd for my liking. thanks for the input guys
