I don't leak a drop of oil. It just burns it bad. Especially when I race. I'll do nothing but blow white smoke. I have to add a quart every 2 days. What can be done to fix this? Thanks for any help

it's either your piston rings or your valve seals.. neither really worth fixing on a B7 in my book... especially if your trying to "race" it...
swap in a complete D16Z6

Ya I didn't think it would be worth it either. I just want to keep it running good til I can get the rest of what I need for my B18B1 swap

My solution would be to not "race"

white smoke can be burning coolant... blueish smoke is oil.
coolant smells better, the oil smells really bad.
Not worth replacing the rings unless you have the time and skill to do it yourself.
