probally so, the oly thing to watch for is the old dual point ef's had a different factory header, but all the aftermarket ones will fit, but all the eg ones are the same... and the ek's have the stupid exhaust manifold with the cat made into the manifold... but agin any aftermarket one for a d should bolt up...
