So ive had idle problems with my ZC since i got it, it wouldn't pass emissions because it moved between 500-780 rpm too frequently, so i took it to a mechanic, got him to "sorta" fix it... he charged me 180$ for a diagnose and 3 bolts it was missing... yea.. so worth it. BUT! it got me the waiver i needed.
Anyway, so as the story goes, im still having idle problems and the mechanic told me it is most likely due to my throttle body as a whole, and i don't really know if thats the case? but when i push the clutch down, i see my RPM drop roughly 200RPM, and sometimes if im braking at the same time... my engine will shut off - Fun problem i know
So should i go ahead and replace my whole throttle body? and if so what can i replace it with? it is single cam non-v ZC engine, ive heard B series TB can fit on it, as well as the D16A6 throttle body has the same bolt pattern, any help would just rock ass because this stalling out outta nowhere is getting scary lol.
