Hey all,

It looks like I may be the winning bidder on a D16Z6 :woot:

My question is, it comes with engine, gearbox, ecu, loom and all ancillaries for the engine. Will it literally just be a case of swapping the engine in where the B7 came out, swapping the ecu in where the old one came from and running the loom through and connecting up? or is there much more involved???

if you have a 92 hatch, the extra wires for vtec are run up to the shock tower. Otherwise, you'll need to run the wiring from the ECU to the engine bay. Look in the Mini-me DIY from the DIY list for details on how to do that :thumb:

Im guessing theres no modding of the bay needed then? and I know the thread you speak of, cheers mate
