d15b7->d16z6 swap need to bar?

hi i know this is a stupid question, but im new to the whole swapping engines and such and currently i have a d15b7 and am looking to buy a d16z6 longblock. i have heard that if you upgrade liters d15 to d16 so a .1 difference in size, will i still have to bar the car?

^^ its a cali emissions thing or something
like, can't put a B20 into a civic cause they consider it a truck engine since it comes in CRV's..
you'd think the B7 to Z6 wouldn't need all that BS since it's a motor that comes in your car but, good luck. I'm sure someone from cali will chime in and clarify

that is correct, d16z6's came, from the factory, in the USDM 92-95 chassis

i know its from the usdm chassis but i dont want to buy the motor and end up having to bar it because it doesnt have the bill if sale
