This is a basic question:
How does one know if a product or company is worth the money?

Most of us order our parts offline
When doing so you are not actually standing in front of the part
So how do you know what to get?

i order from the company or from a place that sells the product. what i do is go to the products companys web site and find out if they got a good rep. or if its some shade tree product from some ones house, but some times you can get some good stuff from homemade parts. as long as you look it over and ask all the questions you got

I have owned my Eg for a year now
Its become an obsession
Along with any other obsession comes hours of reading and research
Ive seen many people with odd combinations of random parts
I was just wondering how others decide whether a product is good or not

Thanks for your feedback :thumb:

I find the best way to figure shit out is trial and error. For example, lots of people bash ebay turbos, but I could buy about 6 ebay turbos at the cost of 1 brand name turbo and they'll serve me just as well.

90% of the parts on my civic are from ebay. Names like JDMsport, Megan racing, and that sort. None of those parts have let me down yet.
