I have a set up like this
(Not my bay)

and i was wondering if,by puting on a EK mani
would it benefit me? and would it be a direct bolt-on with no mods needed?

first off you will need a y8 y5 throttle cable (really the only mod needed)

secondly i dont know if youll get a noticeable difference but i can say that you will get a slight gain if using the throttle body and intake manifold from a d16z6/y8
