is the d15z6 head the same as the d16z6 head and if there not what is the different?

Did you mean d15z1? that would be the 92-95 VX motor. Vtec-E
the only z6 around is a d16z6. to my knowledge. got a picture tyo show?.

ok i was look stuff up on the Enet and it say there was a d15z6 but can you put a z6 head on a d15b7 like whats in the 95 lxs

Yes you can. That is called a Mini Me swap. There is a section here in the newbie section i believe on how to do it..
