Gates T223 or Honda OEM? which is better? looked at my timing belt today and it looks like a bear attacked it

I always get OEM for a piece of mind, but Gates is a good brand too.

I wouldn't on a street car. you'll get dirt and tiny pebbles down there which you don't want to get in your timing belt because it can shorten its life
