i have a sparkplug that wont come out of the head it will start coming out and that get stuck and it will go back in and that come out alittle more and that get stuck again. should i just keep going until it comes out or will it strip it out and ruin my head?

is it doing this when it's almost unthreaded or when you first start to turn it?

it start dong it as soon as you start turning it but it will start to come out and than stop and than you go all the way back in and start going back out and it will go frether and that stop

Since it moves out a little further each time, I would keep working it in and out until it comes out. Then chase the threads with a tap.
If it strips out the threads, you will have to either put a heli coil in or replace the head.

it was fine i just had to get the ruber pick on the bottom of the sparkplug wire out of there
