Does anyone that still run the b7 have issues with the spark plug seals going bad and oil seeping into the the cylinder?
When I bought the car it had bad MPG performance, so I gave it a full tune, wire, etc.; I saw that the #2 cylinder had oil so I got a valve cover seal kit to fix the problem. After everything my MPG and performance went up, a few months later (next oil change) I checked my plugs to see how they are and got oil in the #3 cylinder so I replaced the VC seals and added some HondaBond to help the sealing, problem fixed. Here we are again, next oil change and same problem on the #2 cylinder. Anyone have a better fix short of getting a different head? I am tempted of getting a z6 but I don't want to risk the 250K b7 bottom end.
