white smoke from accelerating?

Hey what's up guys searched around and didn't really find anything besides..possibility of head gasket...I have an auto d15b7 and yesterday when I accelerated to get on the freeway my cuzn told me white smoke was coming out of the exhaust pipe but my car wasn't overheating? Any ideas?
My motor was swapped by previous owner but miles read 292,000 +[/list]

oil still burns white even tho it has a "blueish tint"
yo dj just have some one rev ur car while u watch the exhaust
u can smell the coolent if ur leakin coolent

so worst case scenario if I'm burning oil could be my rings? And if I'm burning coolant it'll be my head gasket? Sorry for the noob question

no prob man, and dont worry bout noob questions
buring oil could be more then rings
could be a headgasket as well
valve guilds and thing that is blocking oil to gettin to the cylinders
that could go bad
and yeah if its the headgasket then u will be leaking coolent

Alright I'm going to check it out ...also I noticed I do oil change like every two months cuz oil level is low didn't think it was anything because I drive 400-500 miles weekly so far ever since I bought it I've got new fuel filter, ngk spark plugs, some spark plug wires, new cap and rotor, o2 sensor, new cat converter ...hmmm wonder
Also I put synthetic oil idk
