i have an eg8 with a d15b7 with an a6 cam...getting the ecu tuned soon and was wondering what is the best oem d-series exhaust ? or would it be better to run an aftermarket exhaust ?

Ok cost wise whats an estimate for a good sounding exhaust...by good sounding i mean not like a lawn mower haha

well you say sounding good so i automatically eliminate ALL fart cans
so i would buy an egay exhaust and chop off the fart can and buy a nice turbo muffler and have a shop weld it in for you that will cost you around 200 then buy an ebay header and you have a complete exhuast for around 300

I wouldnt go over 2 1/4inch, wish I didnt get a 2.5inch its too big.
Just try to find some stainless steal tubing and get a muffler

you can keep the resonator from the ebay exhuasts they arent horrible
id get 2.25 piping that is really the best all around size
