can someone explain to me dual vtec i know what regular vetc is how is it different and does it work for power or gass and can i use it on a dohc vtec engine?

dual vtec aka 3 stage is only found in the d15b odb2 engine from japan
it combines vtec-e and regular vtec
you can not use it on a dohc
it is also very hard to find the ecu for that engine
