ok so i was just wondering how much horse power u get with just intake headers and exhaust an a chipped n tuend p28 cuz dats wat i have rite now on my d16z6 vtec an idk hw much im outin out i kno it aint much but wud jus like to kno about hw much im makin so far

I doubt intake and exhaust would get you more than 20whp even with a tune. could be wrong though

if its running right, its probably somewhere right around 100whp

with that kinda bolt will prob be about 11-15whp increase
a z6 is rated at 125 flywheel hp and fwd's lose about 10% of the power to the wheels so that around 113whp
so with the bolt ons that will give u around 125ish whp overall

^^^ agreed. It also depends what brand you get for instance, bisi headers will give you more horsepower than a set a DC or any other cheap brand, just because of the bends and flow of them. An intake is just a pipe so they are mostly all alike, even though you do get a few hp gains while running an aftermarket one. Exhaust will make a difference for sure. So yeah im saying 125-130 max which is still good for only a few bolts ons.

If the motor is healthy. and everyhting is working up to par.. ur looking at about 111whp with bolt on.. depending on exhaust pipe diameter and like mentiond above Brand the numbers are different...

untuned will not yiled you anywhere near that 130whp..

get it tuned to harness and make use of what u added. every car is different.. along with every mnotor.
Never go by oh my car factory is 125 HP ill add this and that which advertised as adding 10-15 whp plus my header adding another 12whp. nooo it doesnt work like that. yea it adds powert but not what's advertised like on ebay items you get.

My build right now with an EBAY header. APEXi WS Noir, a BS intake with Blox velocity stack, and a Skuk2 Intake manifold, and XTD stage 3 clutch and flywheel.. got me 128whp/113Tq tuned on Hondata, not any chipped BS.. it could have done more if my fuel pump wasnt do old and decided to lean out the mixture towardfs the last few pulls of my tune.. after the dyno to it was like night and day with how the car pulled..
