My d16z6 motor is losing oil without no oil leak anywhere. There is also no oil leak in the engine bay area. Every month i would add one quart. What is the problem with my motor and the oil keep disappearing? its daily driven.

Rings could be bad, valve stem seals could be bad. Have you checked to see if there is oil in your coolant ... maybe your head gasket is having some issues.
There are all sorts of reasons to burn oil.

i heard the piston ring could be bad but hasnt sure. there is no oil in the coolant too and the head gasket seems to be fine to me, there is no over heating. this has also been going on for a long while now. i just wanted to ask make sure how serious the problem could be. maybe get another block that wont eat oil.

one quart per month isnt too bad. I would drive it like it is unless it smokes when you are on the gas. There are ways of telling where you are losing oil.
After your car has sat overnight pull a sparkplug and see if there is oil sitting on your piston. If so then its prob Your valve cover seals leaking.
oil in antifreeze as suggested above.
It is most likely your rings. There are rings designed to maintain a certain amount of oil on your cylinder walls that stop functioning properly as they wear out. The more miles your car has (in general) the less these rings are able to keep oil below the pistons.
A simple check to see if your rings are worn is to do a compression check. Usually the compression rings wear at a fairly consistant pace with the oil rings. However, good compression does not guarantee that your oil rings are good.
Another way to check that only works if you have a fair amount of burn is to have someone rev your car to high rpms while you watch the exhaust to see if ANY blue smoke comes out.
Buying a used bottom end will probably just give you the same problems. The best thing you could do would be to find a d16 bottom end and rebuild it yourself. Or order from a motor import place for a few hundred+ bucks, IF its your rings.
