Like so...... asked around and decided to put a S2k cmc and replace my hard line and this is what I did. it's not a great write up but I didn't know what I was doing when I started this and now I do so for those of u like me here goes.

The first thing was to bleed the system but since my clutch had leaked a massive amount of fluid into my car and pumping it didnt really make any pressure I just skipped this part and loosened the bleeder skrew on the slave cylinder and the and let what could bleed on it's own come out.

rigt here im also loosening the hard line to the slave cmc cuz I'm switching it out and the bleeder skrew is in between my index finger and the sensor on headers in the picture

Next I went up the the master cmc and removed my reservor tank

And the hose

Next go inside ur car and behind ur clutch pedel and remove the pin attaching it to the master cmc

then on the other side pull it out

Hold on to these ull need them

then unscrew the 2 bolts holding it to the firewall theyer 13mm and very uncomfortable to get to

I had trouble to get to the other side so I used on of these

Then get back out and Remove the hard line from the master cmc and pull it out of ur fire wall....... my hardline at my master was all rubbed looks like the last owner tryed to take it off and failed ..... But since I'm switching it out I just cut it

and heres the different between the s2k cmc and the old one...... I got a omni cmc which like teal said u could adjust the length on the rod that connects to the clutch pedal some people say u have to have a spacer in-between the firewall and the cmc but I'm guessing it's just with certain ones ....... omni was a direct fit :thumb:

Also the reserviour for the s2k didn't come with my omni cmc so I had to get one at Honda

Heres the steel braided line that's replacing the hard line ..... Cost 40 bucks and a local shop around my house it's a -3 hose 6 feet long

almost done now u have to fill and bleed the system I did this filled it with dot 3-4 fluid and attached a clear hose to the bleeder nipple and te other end. Went into a bottle that I had filled up with some dot 3-4 fluid about an inch that way when u pump the clutch it won't suck ai back in .....

So with some one helping u at the clutch pedal ......
1-pump clutch
2-loosen bleeder screw let air flow. Out ull see air bubbles going through the clear tube
3- check reservoir and add more fluid and needed
4 -close the bleeder screw up and pump the cough again

do this until u see a clean airless flow of fluid in the clear tube and ur done :D

and this was all. Done through my iPhone pictures and wite up so sorry if the pics wernt all that good but my head hurts now for staring at my phone for 30 min doing this hope it helps some one :woot:

#245754 Thanks guys this whole thing was surprisingly simple and I ment 12m just slipped ............. And the steel braided hose was a -3 and they sold it in different lengths I just told the guy at the shop what I was doing and he said I should do 6ft and the ends where 90 degree at the master with a 10mm male and female adapter and a 45 degree at the slave with the same adapter................. after I did it my friend said u can buy it online premade off erals or something like that he said it's about te same price except ud have to pay shipping
