Head Gasket Question.....pls suggest

I have a D15b7 and I will be changing piston rings soon. As I will be changing the head gasket in the process, I was wondering if I could use a a d15z1 head gasket on it?
Also, what head gasket is better, multi layer steel or graphite?
If I put a head gasket from a d 15z1 or a d16z6, what changes will that make on my engine?

All suggestions and answers are greatly appreciated.

OEM,

or Multi Layer Steel. and add copper spray to it.

That graphite will only be difficult to scrape off if your head gasket needs to be replaced again..

Thanks for the tip.
So they are basically the same just that the graphite is harder to scrape off the block?
