Question about the tensioner pulley bolt screw hole
Posted: Fri May 06, 2011 3:48 pmOn my D15B7 , during routine maintenance... I took out the tensioner bolt and the pulley. On the block where the tension bolt screws into the hole, there is a half circle groove right above/around the screw hole and it was empty.. My question is, what is the purpose of the half circle hole, does anything go in there ?... I know that the half circle groove was empty when I removed the tensioner pulley and I wonder why... I'd appreciate any opinion before I put the tensioner pulley back in place. Thanks
