Various Problems...Car wont start

This is what happened. One day I was coming home from university, like an hour drive, and the car was low on oil. I turned it off that day, got some oil to it and the next day when I turned it on it sounded weird, kind of like a harley motorcycle. I guess one of the cylinders was not working but after reving it up it worked normal. that was like a month ago and It did the same for a little while.
After one week it was back to normal and worked perfectly so I took it on a trip and drived for 3 ours without any problem other than one of the wires to the starter was loose and it didn't crank when I tried to restart it, however it did start by pushing it. I got the cable back in place and everything worked fine while I was away from home.
On my way back home the car turned off and it was very hard to get it back on. I managed to start it and kept going until it over heated so I stopped and it was the heater core hose that had a hole due to the clamp. So I cut the hose and put it back on but it came loose again and all the coolant fell on the floor. I called the towing service and got home like that.
I replaced the hose and the starter since it only had one bolt to it (idk why) and it broke where the bolt goes. Now the car tries to start, the engine turns but it just doesn't start. Apparently the third cylinder was not working at times since the first time I ran it with low oil.

I need help since this is my only car and I do not have much money nor time to put into it....By the way this is a D15B7

and also, the next morning after I got home, with the bad hose (that I managed to get tight enough for it to hold on) and the starter with a broken bracket I turned on the car and it seemed to work fine until it warmed up and the third cylinder stopped working as the revs came back down. It turned off and I haven't been able to start it

First, sorry to hear about your luck :(
It sounds like too many things were rigged and/or neglected on your engine and everything is failing together.
Honda builds a great motor but it requires regular maintenance (oil, coolant hoses, starter properly bolted on & cable secure)

1. Does it sound like it should when it's trying to start? it is sputtering at all like it wants to run?

Getting to the last ting you said,
it seemed to work fine until it warmed up and the third cylinder stopped working as the revs came back down. It turned off and I haven't been able to start it

Do a compression test and check for spark and fuel in cyl 3. It's strange that cyl 3 died, then worked fine on a 3 hr trip and then died again.

Also how hot did the temp gauge get when it overheated and for how long?

Last, Describe in detail what happens when you try to start the car now.

Thanks Teal for your attention and help.
Ok when I try to start it, it cranks and turns like it should. It also sputters like trying to start. Today I was able to get it to start, and the 3rd cylinder was working. However, it was surging even after it warmed up and it was throughig alot of water vapor from the exhaust and by the exhust gasket underneath the car it was leaking water. I guess it must be the head gasket that went bad. Also, there seems to be oil and water coming out from where the headers and the exhaust meet by the 4rd cylinder.

When it overheated, the gauge went all the way up and it stayed like that for like 3-5 minutes while I was able to stop in a safe place.

Also, the oil and water (I out water instead of coolant for now) haven't mixed in the oil pan. And there is oil floating on the radiator.

leaking head gasket for sure. Hopefully the head didn't warp when the engine overheated.

U probably have a blown headgasket

Thats what I thought and maybe it is hard to start since the compression is being sent to the radiator.
I hope the head is still good and that I dont have to replace it because other wise I will just leave the car as it is for IDK how long until I get the money to do a swap better.
Will a machine shop be able to fix it if it's warped?

They can resurface the head.
